We offer for rent a spacious apartment 1 + KK with an area of 35 m2 in a new building on Jeronýmova Street in the center of Brno.

The apartment is very nice and modern. There is enough space for one, possibly two persons. The kitchen is fully functional. The bathroom is clean and modern. There is a big balcony, with a view to castle Spilberk. There is a major tram-stop right next to the building, which makes commuting to different parts of the city very easy. The windows keep out the noise from the street very well. 8/10 points because in summer it can get very hot and there is no elevator. With an AC, this would be a solid 10/10. Overall, can recommend.

Not the most noble part of the city to be honest, but still plenty of possibilities (Café, Kebap-Restaurant, some small convenient stores)
