Eva is a very nice landlord who is always here if there is something wrong in the flat. It is very calm and the geographic situation is perfect between the activity of the downtown and the sport area (swimming pool at 5 min by foot) . I was here for a semester as a Erasmus student and I don't regrete my experience.

This is a cosy little apartment. The surroundings are very peaceful and quiet. It is very well connected by both tram and bus and Metro C is a couple of stops by bus. The landlord is very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to.

Peaceful and quiet place. Close to tram station Kublov and Podolska vodarna. Few stops by Tram to Metro B and couple of stops by bus to Metro C. Close to Vltava river, the walk along the river side is beautiful.

Eva was a very responsible and sympathetic landlord, always accesible when needed. The studio fits good for one person. Calm neighborhood (near to the river) and building.
