Diana - Holiday house with pool

Holiday Home Diana has a swimming pool (21 m2), a terrace on the roof of the house with a jacuzzi and corner furniture. The terrace offers a view of the sea, untouched nature and the mountain Velebit. The house is brand new and moderly decorated.It is adorned with pergola, large garden with lots of vegetation. Ideal for you to relax or make a barbeque. In the yard there are 3 parking spaces and space for bicycles. The price includes 3 new MTB bicycles,a badminton set, playing balls and pool toys. Inside the house there are two bedrooms. Each has its own bathroom, air conditioning and safe. Also in the house is a spacious living room, kitchen with all equipment, dining room and another toilet with washing machine.

Holiday house "Diana" is located in a quiet part of the island called "Torovi". It is located 2 km from the sea and borders the untouched nature of the island of Vir. In the immediate vicinity of the house is the lookout "Bandira" with a beautiful panoramic view of the surrounding islands, the center of Vir, mountain Velebit and the Zadar Bay. It is surrounded by many untouched beaches (beaches are sandy and with small stones, suitable for children) where you can stay alone, and nearby are beaches with restaurants, cafes and entertainment facilities. The house is also suitable for active holidays because the house is close to trails for trekking, running, cycling and enjoying nature. 150 m from the house there is a small basketball court with a children's playground.

Ferienhaus Diana hat einen Swimmingpool (21 m2), eine Terrasse auf dem Dach des Hauses mit einem Whirlpool und Eckmöbeln. Die Terrasse bietet einen Blick auf das Meer, die unberührte Natur und den Berg Velebit. Das Haus ist ganz neu und modern eingerichtet, mit Pergola, großem Garten mit viel Vegetation. Ideal für Sie zu entspannen oder einen Grill zu machen. Im Hof gibt es 3 Parkplätze und Platz für Fahrräder. Im Preis inbegriffen sind 3 neue MTB-Fahrräder, ein Badmintonset, Spielbälle und Poolspielzeug. Im Inneren des Hauses gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer. Jedes hat ein eigenes Bad, eine Klimaanlage und einen Safe. Auch im Haus ist ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, Küche mit allen Geräten, Esszimmer und eine weitere Toilette mit Waschmaschine.

Es ist umgeben von vielen unberührten Stränden (Strände sind sandig und mit kleinen Steinen, geeignet für Kinder), wo Sie allein bleiben können, und in der Nähe sind Strände mit Restaurants, Cafés und Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus eignet sich auch für einen aktiven Urlaub, da es in der Nähe von Wander-, Lauf- und Radwegen liegt, auf denen man die Natur genießen kann. 150 m vom Haus entfernt gibt es einen kleinen Basketballplatz mit einem Kinderspielplatz.
