Hello! I'm subletting my spacious, peaceful flat in Lichtenberg while I am abroad. Original availability from the 2/12/24 until 28/01/25 but could be extended until the end of March.
It's a quiet flat in the Weitlingkiez area of Lichtenberg, a family-oriented area so not the ideal flat for party people. There's central heating, underfloor heating in the bathroom, separate bathtub and shower, washing machine, kettle, and a fully equipped kitchen — plus a small wintergarden (not pictured). The Hof is kept by the neighbours and it's a nice area to hang out when the sun is shining. Internet is 10/10 since I work from home 🙂
5-7min walk from U5, S5, S7, S75, plus buses to F'hain and Kreuzberg in the area. You can be in either a forest or Alexanderplatz in 20 minutes! All supermarkets are within a 5-10 minute walk: Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Aldi, a big Kaufland and even an Edeka that's open on Sunday.
Must love plants! They are very low maintenance, especially in winter, but it would be great if you can keep them alive.
Price is per month 1250 EUR. Anmeldung not available since it's a short-term sublet.

Hallo! Ich untervermiete meine geräumige, ruhige Wohnung in Lichtenberg, während ich im Ausland bin. Ursprüngliche Verfügbarkeit vom 2/12/24 bis 28/01/25, kann aber bis Ende März verlängert werden.
Es ist eine ruhige Wohnung im Weitlingkiez in Lichtenberg, eine familienfreundliche Gegend, also nicht die ideale Wohnung für Partygänger. Es gibt Zentralheizung, Fußbodenheizung im Bad, separate Badewanne und Dusche, Waschmaschine, Wasserkocher und eine voll ausgestattete Küche - und einen kleinen Wintergarten (nicht abgebildet). Der Hof wird von den Nachbarn gepflegt und ist ein schöner Ort, um bei Sonnenschein abzuhängen. Internet ist 10/10, da ich von zu Hause aus arbeite 🙂
5-7min zu Fuß von U5, S5, S7, S75, plus Busse nach F'hain und Kreuzberg in der Nähe. Man kann in 20 Minuten entweder im Wald oder am Alexanderplatz sein! Alle Supermärkte sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar: Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Aldi, ein großes Kaufland und sogar ein Edeka, der am Sonntag geöffnet hat.
Man muss Pflanzen lieben! Sie sind sehr pflegeleicht, besonders im Winter, aber es wäre toll, wenn Sie sie am Leben erhalten können.

Yessica is an exceptional host! Yessica was very responsive, easy to communicate with and generous in providing tips for things to do within the city. The apartment was comfy and well equipped with everything needed. The apartment is close to numerous grocery stores, restaurants /cafes, and a short walk from the train station or buses. When we arrived there was clean towels, toiletries and cute touches from the host. We had a wonderful stay !

I've been renting my flat for over 4 years now! My experiences have been pretty smooth, and I love it when tenants take care of this flat as if it were their own. Had a few plants die along the way, but that's always an excuse to get new ones!
