Cosy flat amazingly located, carefully decorated to optimize space and fully equipped to have you comfy!

It has two interior rooms, one with a double bed, other with a large single bed decorated to be a TV room, both quite silent and with comfortable mattresses thus allowing a restful sleep, and one bathroom with a bathtub.
Furnished and fully equipped, with fast Wi-Fi and cable TV included and a monthly cleaning included, you just need to bring your belongings and it’s ready to live in!
Ideal for two (couple or 2 friends) comfortable for 3 (couple and a friend or a kid), no more than that.

Belém is a Lisbon historical area, touristic but the flat is located on a calm street at a 5 minutes walk from the riverside, quite next to monuments, gardens and all kind of restaurants. Covered by good public transports that will easily take you to the city center or to amazing beaches either by train or ferry to Carcavelos or Costa de Caparica!

It’s explored by my mother and I, for mid long term stays. It has 57 sqm and low doorways (1.80) but we count that the great location, our sympathy and professionalism makes your stay-over worthwhile and an experience to repeat!

Möbliert und komplett ausgestattet, mit schnellem Wi-Fi und Kabelfernsehen und einer monatlichen Reinigung inklusive, müssen Sie nur noch Ihre Sachen mitbringen und schon ist die Wohnung bezugsfertig!
Ideal für zwei (Paar oder 2 Freunde) bequem für 3 (Paar und ein Freund oder ein Kind), nicht mehr als das.

Belém ist eine historische Gegend von Lissabon, touristisch, aber die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Flussufer entfernt, ganz in der Nähe von Denkmälern, Gärten und allen Arten von Restaurants. Es gibt gute öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, die Sie leicht ins Stadtzentrum oder zu den herrlichen Stränden bringen, entweder mit dem Zug oder der Fähre nach Carcavelos oder Costa de Caparica!

Es wird von meiner Mutter und mir erforscht, für mittellange Aufenthalte. Es hat 57 qm und niedrige Türöffnungen (1,80), aber wir zählen, dass die großartige Lage, unsere Sympathie und Professionalität macht Ihren Aufenthalt über lohnende und eine Erfahrung zu wiederholen!

The stay at the apartment was great! The flat has everything for a comfortable stay, it's cosy and located in a quiet street. There's only one window and the ceilings are a bit low in the flat, but for me it didn't cause much discomfort.
Rui has been a great host! He was always responsive and quick to help with household problems

Neighborhood
I loved the area, Belem is a nice place to live: it's beautiful, there're lots of parks, museums and a river nearby. On the one hand, it's a touristic place with museums and places to see, on the other hand, the tourists hang out around the touristic sights and it's not crowded.

Recommended places nearby
I would totally recommend to walk along the river and visit the viewpoint at MAAT. It's also worth to walk around Jerónimos Monastery - there parks are nice.
