Set near the heart of Lisbon's Old Town in Principe Real just a few steps away from the Parliament and 5 min walking from trendy Bairro Alto neighbourhood - a stomping ground of lively bars and restaurants – and its equally fashionable Chiado, one of this city's most notorious shopping quarters, this two-bedroom apartment sets the scene for the perfect trip to Lisbon.
The apartment has cable TV, wireless high-speed internet, and also heaters and fans!
Guests have total access to the apartment.
I or a local friend of mine will be at the apartment waiting for you to check you in and welcome you to Lisbon. If you need any tips on what to do, to see and where to eat I’ll also be more than happy to assist you!
Quiet and residential neighbourhood, 5 min away from Chiado, Bairro Alto and Cais do Sodré, three of the most relevant quarters when visiting Lisbon. Historic yet cool, traditional but progressive. The area has got everything. From grocery shops to thrift shops.
By taxi or Uber, it takes about 20 minutes from the airport to the apartment and costs around € 15.
By metro, just take the red line towards São Sebastião, but change to the yellow line at Saldanha, leaving at Rato and from there to the apartment are about 10 minutes walk.

Our commitment:
Cleaning - Professional and per the rules of the General Directorate of Health, using not only all the necessary protections (Mask and Gloves) but disinfectant products in the proportions recommended for greater safety for all.
Check-In - Our check-in stays in person so that we can provide all the support that guests need but they will be quick and efficient with all the necessary security equipment. All information will be visible inside the apartment and remotely through our team available 24/7.
Amenities - In addition to our first-day amenities, you will also find first day masks (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added security.
Services - Our 24/7 availability for guests did not seem sufficient at this time, so we wanted more and will do our best for your comfort. If you do not want to use the available online tools, Our Fill Your Fridge Service, allows you to arrive with whatever you want in the refrigerator from our local partners and thus avoid unnecessary travel. For more information, contact us. We also have mobility partnerships from the airport and wherever you want in Lisbon and Portugal to streamline and comfort your vacation.

Diese Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern befindet sich im Herzen der Altstadt von Lissabon in Principe Real, nur wenige Schritte vom Parlament und 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom trendigen Viertel Bairro Alto - einem Tummelplatz für lebhafte Bars und Restaurants - und dem ebenso trendigen Chiado, einem der berüchtigtsten Einkaufsviertel der Stadt, entfernt und bietet den perfekten Rahmen für eine Reise nach Lissabon.
Die Wohnung verfügt über Kabelfernsehen, kabelloses High-Speed-Internet sowie Heizungen und Ventilatoren!
Die Gäste haben vollen Zugang zur Wohnung.
Ich oder ein einheimischer Freund von mir wird in der Wohnung auf Sie warten, um Sie einzuchecken und Sie in Lissabon willkommen zu heißen. Wenn Sie irgendwelche Tipps brauchen, was zu tun, zu sehen und wo man essen kann, werde ich auch mehr als glücklich sein, Ihnen zu helfen!
Ruhige Wohngegend, nur 5 Minuten von Chiado, Bairro Alto und Cais do Sodré entfernt, drei der wichtigsten Viertel, wenn Sie Lissabon besuchen. Historisch und doch cool, traditionell und doch fortschrittlich. Die Gegend hat alles zu bieten. Vom Lebensmittelladen bis zum Secondhand-Laden.
Mit dem Taxi oder Uber dauert die Fahrt vom Flughafen zur Wohnung etwa 20 Minuten und kostet etwa 15 €.
Mit der U-Bahn nehmen Sie einfach die rote Linie in Richtung São Sebastião, steigen aber in Saldanha in die gelbe Linie um und fahren bis zur Haltestelle Rato, von wo aus Sie die Wohnung in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

Annehmlichkeiten - Zusätzlich zu unseren Annehmlichkeiten für den ersten Tag, finden Sie auch Masken für den ersten Tag (chirurgische Masken). Wir haben auch diese und andere Produkte für zusätzliche Sicherheit gegen Gebühr zur Verfügung.
Dienstleistungen - Unsere 24/7-Verfügbarkeit für Gäste schien uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht ausreichend, deshalb wollten wir mehr und werden unser Bestes für Ihren Komfort tun.
