Es ist eine Wohnung mit einem Hauptschlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten und Dachfenstern in der Dachschräge, wunderschön und sehr romantisch. Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Holzböden ausgestattet, was die Maisonette sehr warm und einladend macht.
Es verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und ein Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Küche mit allen Elektrogeräten, die Sie benötigen: Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine ... Auf der oberen offenen Etage befindet sich ein einzelner Futon und ein Einzelschlafsofa. Ideal für Familien und Freunde.

Die Wohnung liegt nur einen Schritt von allen meistbesuchten Orten der Stadt Malaga entfernt, neben dem Hafen und der „Alameda Principal“ (Stadtbushaltestellen).
