Modern apartment with a terrace and air conditioning in the heart of Karlin. With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious, and airy, but also cozy, and offers a wonderful place to relax. There is a comfortable double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs that offer in total three sleeping places. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort factor - there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, etc. The modern bathroom is equipped with a nice-sized shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. The terrace offers a quiet place where you can enjoy your drinks and meals.
The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot.
Things to note about cleaning: Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs causing many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!
Please be aware that bed sheets and towels are available but if the reservation exceeds a month, there’ll be a 60 EUR fee, payable monthly. This fee covers the replacement of the linens and towels every month, as well as a complimentary cleaning service. If you opt for this service, there will be a charge of €60 for each monthly cleaning throughout your entire stay, which must be paid in advance. The check-out cleaning is included in your stay (no need to pay extra).
Please note the city tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night if your stay lasts less than 60 days. If your stay is longer, you do not need to pay the city tax.
Please follow our house rules, take good care of our apartment, and respect its neighbors. Breaking our house rules will terminate your rental agreement without any refund.

Es gibt ein bequemes Doppelbett im Obergeschoss und ein Schlafsofa im Erdgeschoss, die insgesamt drei Schlafplätze bieten. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc. sorgt für zusätzlichen Komfort. Das moderne Badezimmer ist mit einer großzügigen Dusche, einem Waschbecken, einer Toilette und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet. Die Terrasse bietet einen ruhigen Platz, wo Sie Ihre Getränke und Mahlzeiten genießen können.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend namens Karlín. Diese Gegend ist berühmt für ihre schöne Lage direkt an der Moldau, umgeben von Parks und einer großen Auswahl an Restaurants, Cafés und Kneipen. Das berühmte Hotel Hilton mit der Sky Bar Cloud 9 mit Blick auf die Stadt ist zum Beispiel nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Das Herz der Altstadt kann mit verschiedenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß erreicht werden.
Hinweise zur Reinigung: Unsere Wohnungen werden nach jedem Aufenthalt gründlich gereinigt. Diese Reinigung beinhaltet die Beseitigung von Keimen, die viele gängige Viren verursachen. Fragen Sie uns ruhig nach unserem Reinigungsverfahren. Ihre Sicherheit während Ihres Aufenthaltes ist unsere Priorität!
Bitte beachten Sie, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung stehen, aber wenn die Reservierung einen Monat überschreitet, wird eine Gebühr von 60 EUR erhoben, die monatlich zu zahlen ist. Diese Gebühr deckt den monatlichen Austausch von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern sowie einen kostenlosen Reinigungsservice ab. The equipment of the apartments was ok, except for minor details. Personally for our couple it was inconvenient not to have a microwave and a parking space.
Communication with a host was perfect.
It’s a lovely neighbourhood with popular hipster cafes and restaurants, also there are very good Asian restaurants.
Tram, bus stop and metro is near the apartment. Besides, the bus station Florence and supermarkets which are working till 23:00 are in 15 min walking or 1 tram stop from the apartment.
Muj salek kavy for the breakfast and coffee. Eska restaurant and bakery. Sangam Indian restaurant.
